We offer several shipping options to ensure you receive your order in the most convenient way possible. The available shipping methods and corresponding costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight of your order, and your delivery address.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days after processing.
- Overnight Shipping: Available for select orders, guaranteeing delivery the next business day.
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and unforeseen circumstances like weather or holidays.
2. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Processing includes order verification, quality control checks, and packaging.
- Business Days: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your purchase details. You will also receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We can ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. Please ensure that the address is correctly entered during checkout to avoid delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are determined based on the weight, dimensions of the items in your order, and the delivery destination. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase during checkout.
