1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They should be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).

  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items may be ineligible for return, including:

    • Customized or personalized products

    • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Instructions: After your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions. This number must be included with the return to ensure that your return is processed quickly and accurately.

  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and accessories are included. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or we made an error in processing your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you return the item.
